Sellers supplies complete coating and drying lines for artificial grass tufted products of up to 5 metre width. With alternative application systems to suit either latex or polymer compounds. We can provide small production lines for start up customers or higher capacity production facilities for the more established manufacturers. The lines include the following equipment:
- Entry scrays, either tracked or with overhead pivoting guiders
- Precision product tension control via inverter drives and transducers
- Direct spread and/or lick roll applicators dependant on product. Both systems with either manual or automated control
- Application systems to suit either latex or polymer compounds
- Heavy duty vertical, pinned stenter, up to 5 metres wide
- True dual zone dryer, gas, steam or oil heated, with accurate air flow, impingement nozzles and temperature control
- Pinning units, with adjustable contact roller, electrically heated pins and temperature control
- Exit scrays, accumulators, overhead guiding, and slitting to suit customer requirements
- Simple twin roll or semi-automatic re-roll units, with nip rolls, twin-bladed cross-cut and centre wind for precision re-rolling
