Tufted or needlepunch backcoating & drying lines
Tufted secondary backing lines can be configured to suit requirements, incorporating either direct spread and jute lock two-coat process or a single application. Combined lines for secondary backing and foam coating are also available.
- A range of entry equipment including scrays, accumulators, cleaning, guiding and conditioning drums
- Bow and weft correction equipment, which can incorporate tension control systems
- Direct spread and lick roll applicators are available with full automated control
- Heavy duty vertical chain, pinned stenter, up to 5 metres wide
- Dual roll laminators with pressure control, to simplify width adjustment
- True dual zone dryer, gas or steam heated, with accurate air flow, impingement nozzles and temperature control
- Exit scrays, accumulators, overhead guiding, slitting, nip rolls, twin-bladed cross-cut and re-roll units
